Any red or white balsamic vinegar can be added to a non-flavored EVOO and used as a salad dressing.
The ratio of vinegar to EVOO is up to individual tastes, but we recommend for red balsamic, 1:2 parts oil to balsamic and for white balsamic 2:1 parts oil to balsamic.
